Nikki Haley: State Legislatures Need to ‘Tweak’ Abortion Laws
Breitbart ^ | 12/17/2023 | Pam Key

Former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC), a Republican presidential candidate, said Sunday on “This Week” that state legislature will have to “tweak” abortion laws to avoid women having to carry nonviable pregnancies.

Anchor Jonathan Karl said, “We had the Texas Supreme Court abortion occasion, really kind of a tragic case. Kate Cox, the Supreme Court ruled she could not have an abortion even though her doctor said it might jeopardize her ability to have children in the future and the fetus was almost certainly not going to survive. You disagreed with that decision by the Texas Supreme Court?”

Anybody still think she isn’t a big-government demo-commie calling herself a republican?

The GOP’s establishment’s response to losing their control to growing MAGA, free-thinking conservative, and libertarian opposition?

Double down on the statist, deep-state stupidity

Frankly, I agree that it is cruel and unusual punishment to force a woman to carry a non-viable fetus to full term, but I am concerned that the Texas case was just a test case used to expose the flaws in the Texas laws. Just because there are flaws in a state abortion law does not mean that the federal government should step in to fix it. Also, they seemed to have changed the reason for the case from the time that the woman first requested an abortion and the last appeal. At first they said that the mother’s life was not endangered by the pregnancy, now they say that it is. I think that the mother’s life would only be endangered if the baby died in utero and was not removed immediately. So, tweaking the laws does appear necessary. The strict interpretation of abortion bans leave no room for physician opinion.

Is a human being any less a human being because they are presumed to be “non-viable”? If so, we have a unilateral right to snuff out any born mortally ill or injured child or adult who we deem is “unviable.” Which side of the birth canal you are on would make no difference, except the unborn experience a brutal and savage death inside their mother’s womb.

And they just don’t know.

*could* *might* *possibly*

None of it can prove *non-viable*.

And I have heard of lots of stories about drs being wrong. They tell the parents there’s a problem, push for an abortion, and the baby turns out just fine.

The Globalists were slapped in the face by the five Supreme Court justices in the Dobbs decision last year that gave states the ability to do stricter laws than the 15-week RINO law passed in Mississippi.

15-week or thereabouts Abortion laws are Globalist abortion laws.

Emmanuel Macron banker turned politician in France enshrined a 14-week law (a week tigher than the Mississippi one in the Dobbs decision) before his re-election last year calling it a “Pro-Choice” law.

RINO Tate Reeves signed a 15-week abortion law in Mississippi touting it as “Pro-Life”.

IMHO Justices Alito, Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas upset a Globalist scheme to standardize world abortion laws and shut down debate on the issue.

The woman in Texas was free to leave the state and get the abortion she dragged it out in court for political and publicity purposes.

The 2022 Dobbs decision leaves states the options to have liberal abortion laws or conservative ones if you don’t like it in one state go to another.

Hey Nikki, what’s the point of being in the republican party if you’re going to push for Democrat policies?
