Every free citizen should be armed. Every free citizen should, from the age of majority, bear arms at all times in all places. Citizens who have been convicted of crimes and completed their sentence should regain their enfranchisement and should be armed. Age of majority? I know folks in their 50’s that should never be around weapons. But no 2nd amendment for age requirements either. 😁👍
