Why do I get the feeling that Gavin is NOT spending a lot of time in California these days.

He's soft-campaigning, biding his time waiting for Trump to be the official GOP nominee and then the Democrats are going to pull a switcheroo and slide Newsom right in.

He doesn't even need to win a single primary. The Dems will put him over the top at their 2024 Convention just like they did with Hubert Humphrey in '68.
