Just two hours ago an old girlfriend was telling me in a phone conversation that her credit card was hacked but she just wanted to tell me about it, she didn’t want to discuss how to avoid it.
This is how women are. My wife is the same way. She tells me about a problem she has, I offer up a solution and she gets mad. She didn't want a solution to her problem, she just wanted to vent about it.
