Cardin has been screwing the decent people of Maryland for years so why not his staff also getting the shaft?
PS. I lived three blocks from the Cardin family. His father was a respected judge in Baltimore and his mother was a wonderful fundraiser/philanthropist for many charities.
They’ve got to be crying in their graves over this.
