Many didn’t take it seriously when it was only happening to the outspoken Alex Jones and people disagreed with his comments:
“A Connecticut jury awarded nearly $1 billion in compensatory damages to Sandy Hook families in the defamation case brought against Alex Jones over his lies about the 2012 elementary school massacre.

What’s the real story on this?
I’m not a lawyer and have no knowledge or expertise in this area, but all I ever hear is how hard it is to win a defamation case.
