No worries about Obama, Bill Clinton or even Biden being indicted during the next Republican administration. No Republican AG will take that action against a Democrat. Donald Trump frequently talked about prosecuting Hillary during the 2016 election. As soon as he was elected he announced he wouldn’t go there.

It’s all a bunch of BS cover for the fact that they want to take Trump down legally before the primaries, or at least before the convention.
To put it simply, Smith needs to fast track it so he can keep the trial on schedule to interfere with the election.

The Supreme Court had an election that was in dispute with multiple states breaking their own laws to change rules. A corrupted politician on the brink of usurping power from the people and the Supreme Court saw no reason to expedite anything. The fact that they are entertaining this says so much about how there are special rules and “laws” in place to Stop Trump.
The SC has shown many times they do not go for leap frogging yet they took this. I think that traitor Roberts gave Smith the green light. Trump seems unstoppable so l think Roberts is going to help Smith take Trump off the board.
I’ll make it even easier. Will the DOJ Indict Hillary for election interference because of her funding and pushing Russia, Russia, Russia gate?

Attorneys are said to never ask a question in court they don’t already know the answer to, which suggests that Smith’s team knows the fix is in with the quisling Roberts court.
Four votes already locked up for Smith. He just needs to pick off Gorsuch or Barett. Roberts will pressure those two.
