Yeah right??? It’s only been the name of the song for 50 years.
People are so STUPID!
Specifically, “Teenage Wasteland” is Baba O’Riley. I’ve seen this kind of mistake previously from similarly amateur journalists unfamiliar with The Who’s ouerve.
To be fair, they could have been playing Teenage Wasteland from the Who’s Next: Life House box set that was released a couple of months ago. It’s a demo version that Pete Townshend recorded of the song that would later become Baba O’Riley, and is actually quite good.
