Oklahoma has some really cheap housing and taxes, especially in some of the really small towns.

Move to WHERE, though? The high house price, high property tax, and high insurance rate problem is everywhere. I understand that affordable housing can be found in East St. Louis, Ill., Camden, NJ, Gary, Ind. and Detroit.
