I do too. Unfortunately it is the tax payers who will foot the bill, not the sadistic cop or the one who put her in that place.

Torturing a man who is already handcuffed and subdued?? Did he even put up a big fight? It looks like she is the criminal here...just with wearing a uniform that she was permitted to wear. She should be prosecuted. Unfortunately, time and again the way the system works is that she will go on a paid vacation/"suspension", while the public cools down and forgets about it. Then the prosecutor and the judge quietly lets her go, and she is back on the job after 6 months.

Hopefully there are cameras, because it’s not impossible that he’s not telling the entire truth. There are too many of these situations where the young black man gives a credible story of having done nothing, but then cameras shows that he was fighting the officers for all he was worth.
