You should run for DA. What a perfect example of how LE will dishonestly twist truth into something it is not. That is so twisted away from what I shared it could only come from an officer, a D.A., or a female mind and female manipulation away from truth and proper context... No one was “trying to get out of a ticket” at all, nowhere in my story does it point to me trying to do that...
You purposely twisted my story into an effort to “try and get out of a ticket” when you know full well that was absolutely not the case. It was the exact opposite. My personal integrity and honesty made me want to just ACCEPT AND PAY THE TICKET because I was guilty and knew I was guilty. My Aunt and Uncle wanted me to fight it, THEM wanting me to fight it is NOT me “trying to get out of it” as you purposely twisted it.

And like a typical officer would, do you automatically presume guilt without knowing the whole situation. Can you read? I WAS NOT DRIVING, I WAS PARKED IN A HANDICAP SPACE. Where does it say I was actually driving when he parked behind me? Or that I had an open container before I was parked? It doesn’t... You automatically presumed guilt before innocence.
This was in the mid 80s. Laws were more lax and it would have been a push to find me guilty of an open container ticket because of the circumstances. I was not the only husband in that parking lot with the keys pulled out of the ignition and having a beer while waiting for our wives in the store. The parking lot was full of people drinking beer getting their boats ready for the water and partying that weekend. In those days it was not illegal to sit in your car and drink a beer if you did not have the keys in the ignition.
Keys out, private property, parking lot full of folks drinking in public... Although I most likely could have beat an Open Container ticket considering the circumstances, I was just glad I didn’t have to also fight one for that too. I just admitted with honesty that he could have, and I was guilty of sipping an open beer while I waited. End of the world right? How many here do that once in awhile themselves while waiting in the car for their wives? I think you would be surprised how many do.
Yet you just twisted my honesty into a crime I didn’t commit. You took a molehill and turned it into a mountain.

See again the exact opposite of rational reality, I was obviously doing something right if Karma saved me from what could have been a far more expensive mistake. I was lucky he never asked to do a search. But... He was an honest cop and didn’t really see anything obvious that would give him probable cause for a search.
Here is the reality of the situation, while he wrote me that huge huge crime of parking in a handicap ticket he was a far much worse safety threat and impediment to the public. He had all traffic in and out of the parking lot AND in and out of the front pedestrian entrance to the store. He didn’t care how much of a hardship he placed on others who were not guilty of anything.
There were people driving over the sidewalk and over the curb to get to the street and leave the parking lot because he had everyone imprisoned in that parking lot against their will without any rational reason. There were folks piling up both directions in the street trying to get in the parking lot driveway and could not. All that drama and voluntary endangerment to public safety for a $50 parking ticket.
Just brilliant “public service”... But all that matters is that he got his man for $50 and could now puff his chest out like Foghorn Leghorn...
What you just did was absolute crooked pool and a dishonest direct attack. I have agreed with and backed you up many times on here. The fact you would even try to twist it into something it was not like that just destroyed my trust in your judgement and honesty going forward. You responded to my honesty with crooked pool. This is typical DA/officer deceptive practice. It will be the last time I will interact with you or support you about anything...

When someone twists and dodges like you do it relates to female brain. Someone can state A-B-C-D-E-F and female brain twists it into M-3-X-41-J-99. It is twisted from something orderly and honest into something that is illogical and irrational in an attempt to manipulate. And just about every LE I have dealt with the last 20 years does similar.
I’m not mad, just stating fact. You are twisting, dodging, and inventing context in my words that is not there. That is typical female manipulation.

This morning a video drop of one of my favorite channels and literally show the danger females causeon the force. It’s mind boggling the incompetence level. Not only did she not take any action whatsoever in deploying less lethal but as another poster pointed out stayed within the line of fire. I stand by my original comment that women have no place on the force and are a danger to themselves and those around them.
