In other news, the Cows beat the Cowboys last Saturday (Texas 49, Oklahoma State 21).

Old saying

First They Came for the Cars,
but I did nothing as I was not a car,
Then the Cows
and I did nothing as I was not a cow.

But when they came for me
there was no one left to stand up for me
except some free range chickens.

In 2002, New Zealand leftists tried to institute the Fart Tax. There was even a range of tax, separating the small, medium, and large farm animals. There was such an uproar, the Fart Tax went up in smoke.

Just the fact that everyone was calling it a fart tax was part of what did it in. No-one could take it seriously.

I am eating as much beef as I can to help get rid of these farting cows. Come on you guys, do your part and eat more beef.

How are we going to grow enough soybeans to make tofu when there is no diesel to power the tractors to plant the soybeans, combines to harvest the soybeans and large trucks to haul the soybeans to market? As for electric farm machinery there are not even prototypes and where do you charge the term in the middle of a field?
