Good morning—I heard a little tidbit on a podcast that stunned me—honestly do not know if it is correct or not.
The individual is working in the on-line education space and claimed that he researched who was ultimately responsible for the course content required to pass standardized tests.
His conclusion—not any teachers, not any schools, not any education association, not any testing association....

I have been able to find hints of this but nothing substantial so far.

While up is down, commie states are given the color blue instead of its traditional deep red color, immoral is now moral, ... I remain very skeptical of this allegation, especially given the left’s anti-military, warrior culture castration which includes it institutionalizing its homosexuality and DIE therein. How does he explain the leftist educational establishments dropping standardized testing to help cure “institutional racism”.
I would first believe that this theory that pentagon controls standardize educational tests is more of a “gotcha”, “conspiracy theory” effort to marginalize, embarrass, and paint as “nuts” people (formerly called conservatives) who previously supported a strong military in defense of a nation. Without the support of the traditional defenders, the weakening and defeat of America from within can continue without firing a shot. I recommend not chasing this rabbit.
