the NSA has access to ALL the data from ALL the commercial cell phone towers.
that’s all they need to triangulate every cell phone in real-time.
The agencies cross-reference with credit card data, voting records, social media postings, etc. to determine who is a enemy of Big Government. Most recently, someone leaked that the agencies asked Twitter (when it was Twitter) for names and personal data of every person who liked, followed, or retweeted anything that President Donald Trump had ever written on Twitter.
And, per Liz Cheney, anyone who opposes the eventual death camps (aka a Republican majority in Congress) is an enemy of The State.
