The ABC hit piece is the way the Left tries to rewrite history to fit their corrupt narrative. Pence is a patsy for the Left’s narrative and as a coward plays right into their hands. Prior to January 6, I read the legal briefs that were provided to Pence as to why he was authorized to send the electoral tally back to the states for a recount. There was historical precedent for doing so. Several scholarly and well-written briefs with citations were provided to Pence for taking such action. On January 6th there were a number of members in Congress like Ted Cruz who were fully prepared to put forth arguments on the floor to support a motion for a brief hiatus and recount before proceeding. Pelosi knew this beforehand and that’s why she orchestrated the J-6 chaos to disrupt the orderly proceedings. It was a Pelosi-choreographed coup of our government, plain and simple.

It is a subtle attempt to put blame on courts and state legislatures for not interfering but all Pence does is to make known his own understanding of an equal failure to act, all of the above had various constitutional responsibilities, and all failed or were prevented from acting. You could also add the media who have failed in their responsibility to give a fair and balanced account of what happened. Instead they just bark when prompted by the illegitimate and widely detested regime. A watchdog barks to alert the police, not to give encouragement to the crooks (in normal times).

Pence conveniently forgot that 100 legislators had requested that the election certification be paused for a couple of weeks so states could review their elections and decide on whether to change electors. Pence should have acquiesced to their demands.

Hence the Brunson filings alleging some 385 legislators who voted to certify the 2020 election need to be removed from their seats for illegally certifying the 2020 election. I think that action may well be on the horizon.
