If you list the worst things about the state Fla would have 3 or 4 Cal would have 300 No new reservoirs, or desal plants. No new refineries, no new power plants. We have had rolling brown outs. And everytime it doesn’t rain for 8 months we get lectured about saving water. Water rates off the chart and big valley farmers shutting down fields for lack of water.
