Didn’t Rush Limbaugh face Advertiser boycotts at different times?

I recall hearing a couple of times , how Rush Limbaugh said something that was so deeply offensive to the Liberals , that advertisers decided to pull out of his program.

But then, as time went on and the controversies died down, some of those same advertisers came back to the Rush Limbaugh Show.

And they came back because Rush had the audience, and advertising on his show made sense, dollars and cents.

Anyway this situation reminds me of Advertiser boycotts that had been aimed at talk radio hosts. If Twitter has a huge number of users the advertisers will naturally gravitate back.

In the short term it might be “My Pillow” and gold coins.

There are fewer eyeballs on X every day. He was right about one thing: most of the sites “users” are bots.
