The person you were replying to was probably working on the assumption that all the inferior courts would rubber-stamp an adverse decision for Trump. I don’t think it will get past Albany.

Thanks. The state appellate process usually takes a good bit of time. During my career, I've filed numerous appeals all of which have taken a very long time for the appellate courts to review and potentially hear a matter.
