Steve, do you remember awhile back in Seattle that USPS refused to deliver in some areas because of robberies and harassment of postal workers? (You know which zip codes I'm talking about, all around MLK Jr Blvd).

Outraged ensued, racism was charged and then the postal workers went back into these areas, presumably with security.

Like in the movie 'Goodfellas', where the mailman was roughed up and threatened for delivering a letter from the kid's school, simply don't deliver any mail there.

Mail delivery is reserved for the civilized.
