Somehow he does not acknowledge that the Democrats are the party of Jim Crow, the party of the Ku Klux Klan and the party of the south during the Civil War. Maybe he is referring to Jan 6 as the Civil War...
But then that was more of a Coup then a Civil War, so he seems a bit confused either way.
