You’d think an AI gal would have the smarts to not dye her hair silly colors. The “I” part seems to be lacking. You’d think it would be smart enough to get the drapes and carpet to match.
I also like how AI was smart enough to give her a single, solitary freckle on the inside of her right bicep.
Now that that is out of the way, how is she supposed to influence me?

To: butlerweave

I dont like her eyebrows personally

it is interesting that AI knows what is attractive, and yet modeling agencies and beauty pageants often push unattractive or odd looks.

AI-generated images are images and don’t deserve “she” or “who”. They are an “it”.

AI-generated images are images and don’t deserve “she” or “who”. They are an “it”. Disagree. They are fictional characters. As such they have a gender the same way they have an eye color etc.

What do you do with a model that only exists in a memory bank?
You can't do photo shoots in exotic locations. Can't put designer clothes on them and parade them on the runway. Can't get them to consume peoples' products and smile for the camera.
Unless you dispense with the real world completely and do all these things in the virtual world - virtual girl eating a virtual burger, wearing a virtual outfit in a virtual paradise location.
But if none of it is real, why should I buy it?

I also like how AI was smart enough to give her a single, solitary freckle on the inside of her right bicep. AI is very smart. Type in a brief description of what you want, and in a few minutes a model appears in a landscape that goes beyond what you asked for. Stable Diffusion, DALL-E , etc. are mind-blowing in achieving landscapes in minutes that a human artist would take many months to create. They are based on thousands of input sources, and a human model can't accuse an agency of using their likeness because the results are vastly different than the human models.
You see CGI in use in sci-fi movies, and you are seeing CGI happening in advertising. The influencing is already happening (although I tend to ignore ads).

If AI can create that image of a female, all those other things like places and products would be easy.

"But if none of it is real, why should I buy it?"
But isn't that the very nature of all advertising? Remember the "Breck Girl"? She was real, but you could never attain what she had, even if the shampoo promised you that.
Or even tires? The tires were real, but what they were selling was not attainable.
Advertising has always been about what is not real.
