Not a chance. Look at the demographics.
The difference for Charleston is that it has been annexing further and further out into the White suburbs. It’s doubled its rather insular population since the 1970s/80s. Had it not done so, the Dems wouldn’t have lost this race.
Conversely, all those other cities are mostly Black (although DC has been getting more White since the ‘90s) or non-White and have been in population free-fall for years (except DC) Until the Blacks wake up to realize they’ve been used by the political left and return to their pre-1960 voting habits, things won’t change.
Delaware needs to wake up, also.
Detroit & Minneapolis are a lost cause until we DEPORT the MUZZIES.
