Saw video of this on news, not sure how anybody could say one way or another what was going on, but if not a deliberate terrorist act it could have been a case of a driver (probably elderly but not necessarily) having a sudden medical problem and losing consciousness, foot jammed on accelerator, passenger unable to respond. Instead of taking the turn towards the customs officers this vehicle went into the air and crashed into a support building, luckily no other casualties are being reported.

I would say 60/40 odds it was a medical problem and not a planned act, partly because it wasn’t a very disruptive planned act for anyone but the car occupants, and also it would be hard to plan it accurately (and if so, why this plan?).
