Yes.
They exclude evidence that decisively proves the guilt of the criminals on trial. Jurors don’t know—but we know-—unless the judge excludes it from us, too.
The article shows video surveillance of this person breaking into the victim’s home. No way in hell should this dangerous killer walk freely in the civil society.
If this killer takes another victim the Judge and/or Legislative body will have blood on their hands. Liberalism is just as dangerous as this killer.

Even though she could see into the future and knew exactly what he was going to do, that he would murder them, she went ahead and ordered the same bail that anyone else gets in such cases.
We all know that Bellini and Harvin and the dog would all be alive today if the bail had been set at $15,000 instead of $5000. Preposterous!
