A recent poll released by the University of North Florida shows leading Republican presidential contender and 45th President Donald J. Trump with a commanding lead over Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and the rest of the GOP field in the Florida Republican presidential primary. As has been the case for months, this is Trump's race to lose, as millions of Americans rally behind Trump's presidential agenda.
"When given a list of possible candidates, 60% of respondents indicated a vote for Donald Trump, followed by 21% for Ron DeSantis in a distant second place. Nikki Haley came in third with 6%, followed by Chris Christie with 2%, and Vivek Ramaswamy with 1%," the poll finds. The poll also reports that while DeSantis has historically high approval ratings in Florida, that has not translated into success in the GOP field.
While the poll shows DeSantis remains considerably ahead of the third-place finisher - Nikki Haley - in the GOP field, Trump remains the dominant force among Republicans. Trump's dominance in Florida doesn't just extend to the GOP field. Recent polls have also found Donald J. Trump with similar dominance over Joe Biden in the Sunshine State. Trump has a ten-point lead over Biden in that state's Real Clear Politics polling average. Trump bested Biden in Florida's highly competitive 2020 race, but in light of Biden's clear incompetence, it appears Floridians of all stripes are throwing their support behind Donald J. Trump and the party of Trump's impressive MAGA presidential agenda.
After all, even with recent indictments, Trump has managed to be a unifying figure for Republicans, and voters are rallying around the 45th president in record numbers. As such, Trump is in as strong of a position with Republican voters as ever. Indeed, Trump remains a potent force to win the presidency in 2024. The Real Clear Politics polling average has Trump besting Biden in nationwide polling in recent weeks, and this is despite the fact that Republican presidential candidates can generally afford to underperform in the popular vote while still winning the election - as they did in 2000 and 2016. As such, it stands to reason that the radical, far-left Democrats would use any means necessary to gain a much-needed political advantage - including indicting their most likely political opponent.
Trump's dominance is impressive indeed. Patriots all over the nation must rally behind the eventual Republican nominee as conservatives try to undo the damage caused by the Biden administration.
DeSantis’ future fifteen minutes of fame is now limited to the dissection of his self-inflicted total political collapse in State U PoliSci classes.
But just wait till the swamp GOPe rino uniparty RNC eliminates Trump from the presidential election...
Then desanctimonious will surely win the republican presidential nominee position....
That is, if haley and christie aren’t still ahead of desantis...

Yet, Trump is smashing Meatball in FLA.
Bumpety rump is going to visit jail and will only be leading the Great Governor of Florida in the number of court dates
And if Trump goes to Jail, you think Meatball will just “inherit” Trump’s voters?
