Judge said Trump did commit insurrection (which is ludicrous).
Said he could be kept off the ballot in the general.
It’s all corrupt garbage.
Of what "insurrection" charges was Mr. Trump convicted? It what court of law did this occur?
The judge's comments are defamatory. Can a judge be prosecuted/sued for defamation?
I hope the release of the J6 videos will put an end to the claims that what happened at the Capitol was an insurrection.
Videos showing the Capitol Police standing around, the people respecting rope lines, the police opening doors for people, should show that it was not an insurrection because the LEOs could have put a stop to it at any time.

Said he could be kept off the ballot in the general."
Not in this Colorado case. In fact her decision is dispositive of both the primary and general election, where, after an actual trial, her ruling flatly says President Trump cannot be kept off the Colorado ballot because Trump is not an "officer" under 14A, Sec. 3.
You may be thinking of the Minnesota case which specifically invited -- punted -- refiling once Trump is on the general election ballot.
“Judge said Trump did commit insurrection”
Where did she say that?
