Winning in Nov 2024 will not get you the instant gratification you seek.

He will have to lay low, make noises about a distinguished transition team and candidates for cabinet positions. He’ll have some meetings with Congressional leaders.

It will all be very low key until he is sworn in — defusing rage that might try some maneuver to prevent that swearing in. Making noises about bipartisan focus to get things done for the American people.

Then once sworn in, it will be clear there have been no cabinet nominees and no transition team beyond his VP — who will of course have zero connection to The Party and The Swamp in general.

People will be brought in to lead departments and briefed on how to get past Senate confirmation. Or maybe he will select some from the Party and get them confirmed. Then fire them immediately and appoint an interim cabinet.

Without question, the #1 thing done will be exactly what all new presidents do. Ask for the resignations of all US Attorneys. This is standard procedure. Perhaps done under the cover of having selected a Swamp filth figure as Attorney General. Get him confirmed. Fire him the next day. Appoint an interim.

Then the process of going after these people must be done carefully. They must be bumped into in an airport after leaving office. Then sued, or prosecuted for assault. You cannot go after them for actions they took in office. That scenario gets their legal fees covered by the govt.

So . . . you will get no instant gratification. It will take time, and a careful strategy, but in the end the world will know that these people will have their lives destroyed.

I like everything you said, but I firmly believe TrumpII will have to craft a domestic Article III tribunal (as the one that exists for non-citizens) and prosecute those who launched lawfare against him, with their punishment consistently being exile.

Permanent. Loss. Of. US. Citizenship. Escorted to FederalEx planes fueled up and waiting to permanently transport them to whatever country that will have them, with the sure promise of eternal US tracking of their domicile abroad, and rapid arrest and the serving of a full sentence (held in abeyance) if they ever set foot on US soil anywhere again in their lifetimes.

The key to this would be to pick the first people that you know will attempt to flee the country. Cohen leaps to mind. That gives you the onus to say, "Hey, he tried to run, and we're not imprisoning him, we're simply stripping him of US citizenship, which he has forfeited."

You FederalEx a few big names 3 or 4 times, and every last m'fing Libtard, every Swamp rat, every Derp Stater, will fall into line post-haste. "Yes, Mr. President, what can we do for you Mr. President, so sorry about that lawfare, Mr. President."

I am 100% serious.
