Yes, they have saved millions of lives which can be proven by comparing the fatalities among the unvaccinated with the fatalities among the vaccinated.
No, the manufacturers have not admitted that shots do nothing to prevent infection or transmission. They have admitted that there are breakthrough infections as with all vaccines which isn’t the same thing.
The heart conditions are rare and usually disappear with a few weeks. And, you’re ignoring the fact that COVID is more likely to cause heart conditions than the vaccines.

How can you tell? It’s a matter of probability and statistics. The vaccinated are less likely to become infected, hospitalized, or die.
