I had to drive around that area two days ago, unfortunately - an under one hour drive took over two hours - the big rigs were on the side streets and on the 110 freeway where they’re normally prohibited.
Newsom wants to make sure his opponents don’t use this against him and is hurrying up the project - he has his sites on POTUS no matter what he mouths to the media.
