The guys at Squawk Box really try (at 8:45 minute mark forward) to trip up Mike and they fail miserably. This video (particularly beyond 8:45) shows what we can expect from Mike Johnson in defending Trump. He is a winner.

This is the point at which CNBC anchors start to try to pin Mike down about Trump, including questions about Trump's so-called divisiveness, J6, and even the Trump indictments (which Johnson calls pure political "lawfare"). Johnson handles these questions with his usual easy style and aplomb. The CNBC moderators are increasingly upset by their inability to gain traction.

We've got a real winner on our hands.

At the 16:45 mark (CLICK HERE), a CNBC weasel attacks Mike over his praying in the House Chamber after his election and, once again, Mike handles it beautifully, speaking on the importance of faith and the REAL meaning of the Separation of Church and State.

Johnson is one cool customer. Articulate, well-read, and completely unfazed by media punks. He made them look like fools and they’re too dense to see it.

I'll bet they will watch and rewatch this exchange with him and be embarrassed by their childish performances. They were completely outclassed.

Same here (re: Jordan). But Johnson is a killer. Amazing calm under fire, but calmly devastating when it's his turn to speak.

He made the CNBC guys and gal look downright unprofessional.
