According to the local presses, it was bums camping out under the Santa Monica freeway with no zoning enforcement whatsoever. Some were said to be stealing electricity. Others were reportedly using propane tanks for cooking.
You LA folks trying to get to and from work today and for the next year can thank the bums for this

Fire under a raised portion of the ATL downton connector (I-75 & I-85) shut down the interstate through ATL. One section of the interstate actually collapsed due to heat from burning construction materials stored under the raised highway. The sainted homeless were to blame.

I used to live in kali. They do not need fraud for RATs to win in LA. Or San fran. Or Sac. Those places are totally occupied by the enemy. The fraud comes in to negate the conservative votes from the rest of the state.
