My dad smoked Kools - for most of his cigarette-smoking career, which ran
from age 13 to age 75.

I started at 13 also, quit after 50 years at age 63. I’m 78 now and breathing just fine. Doc appointment just yesterday, oxygen level 99.
So I figured that I had to make a decision to either stop smoking - or stop breathing.
I made the smarter decision, obviously.
And my oxygen level was 99 yesterday also.
Seems like it's almost always 99.
Except when I do a heavy workout - then it might drop 1 or 2 percentage points.
