If they willfully Broke the Law in the process of accepting this money, why haven’t the FEDS SEIZED all of it???
I don’t think it’s a violation to accept the funding. They’re required to report it to the Department of Education. The report doesn’t address specific laws, may well be simply violations of DOE established requirements.
