In addition, Mr. Kessler suffered an impact to one side of his face that might well have been caused by the megaphone he was struck with. It's rather odd how much of this information has been suppressed and how disinclined the authorities appear to be to arrest, photograph, and identify the assailant, especially since there are probably the assailant's fingerprints on the megaphone and the victim's DNA on it also. Further, where are the videos I suspect were shot at the scene of the killing?

The media is trying to play the murder off as an accident- claiming the man fell of his own accord and “struck his head” which killed him.
