Seen it today at the local walmart. I’m searching for the lowest prices while their carts are briming full of meat and fresh vegtables. Not a damn one spoke english!

The other day I had forgotten that the reason some people in the checkout line at Kroger with a big bill are slowing the line. Their food assistance program (FAP) money for different categories and SNAP money sometimes are in or out for items on the bill. No worry. Taxpayers like us pay for it all.
