Yea, anything Russia gave the Wagner Group is going to be 25 years or older and they still have to deploy it under constant surveillance.
Russia really doesn't need another public demonstration of their crapy tech.
The Russian S-400 Air defense system is rated among the best in the world. It is a big deal if Hezbollah gets a substantial deployment of them.
But I cannot see Russia trusting the Wagner group with such weapons. There would need to be Russian "advisors" maintaining and controlling those units. That is an even bigger deal if it happens.
All just noise so far. Israel is still wiping out Hezbollah positions in Lebanon with their fighter strike forces and armored force raids. Lots of Hezbollah rocket positions are now scattered in bits and pieces all over the area.
The call for Russia to side with Turkey and Iran against Israel gets even louder. Ez 38-39?
The F-16C has that mission now. AGM-88 is the missile. Big sucker- 13 feet ÷/- long. High supersonic speed, smokeless. Death from above.
It’s much improved over the older versions the F-4 Wild Weasels carried. New ones are fire and forget- even if the radar stops radiating or changes frequency, the missile will hit within ~10m CPE. Usually closer.
