Won’t work. What if the hate guy follows the object of his hate around, constantly in his face, and he emotes by screaming and screams the vilest words not printed in any conventional lexicons out of decency. What if he disrupts restaurants, hospitals, synagogues or churches with his tirades. What if he doesn’t try to chop someone’s head off, but lifts a hand to that person whom he’s harassing and finally gets knocked on his a@@ and runs away crying to mommy. Does the hate-ee get booked for assault on the hate-or? He was just exercising free speech.
