I’d say there is no future on earth for Sec. General Guterres
with that kind of dumb thinking. Where did this guy go to school? Or did he? He sure doesn’t seem to understand petroleum & one can acquire that knowledge without a college education. A U.N. Sec. general at the very least needs to know what he/she is doing, or at least you would think so.
