Previous reports stated these supplies were sent to Israel beginning with outbound return of the initial flight bringing Americans home from Israel. That first flight landed in Tampa. But you already knew this.

While cargo can be carried on a passenger airplane, they don’t put cargo in the passenger seats, so have limited capacity.
Cargo airplanes, on the other hand, have to passenger deck, nor passenger seats. Instead, they have flooring with tie down and anchor points, etc.
So no, if cargo planes were used to ship stuff to Israel, they were not the passenger planes that flew from Israel.
