Is he? After he just today sent weapons directly to Israel, bypassing the federal government which is supposed to handle diplomacy?
Or is he just talking out of both sides of his mouth again, trying in vain to please anyone and everyone? Or maybe he said something yesterday, then stuck his finger in the wind today and decided to change stances.
