Have to, why? What law is there?
Bureaucrats won’t feel the economic impact of the influx. They live in a different country, not just a different economy. They no longer see the American people. Their focus is outside the country to similar ruling class elites they consider their peers.
I suspect there is more to the situation than securing a permanent majority over the country. That’s been a factor in the past and continues today. However there is a new purpose behind it: They are trying to reach economic parity with the rest of the world. They can’t lift living standards outside, so they must diminish ours. They call this a “sustainable” future.
They think that we will have peace when people outside this country no longer envy our standard of living. Only then can the world government they wish to impose. They think they will be a part of it.
