They have been stealing for years. Everything. Even lower tech like paint, construction materials superior, educational materials, research, etc; all which is superior to what they have.

Just deploy Fang Fang and her friends (or rent boys, this is Silicon Valley) and get it all for free.
This isn’t exactly news, they’ve been doing it ever since the U.S. moved it’s entire manufacturing base to China. When you outsource production to them you obviously have to tell them how to make it so of course they’re going to steal the tech.
It’s amazing that all these people, who worked to keep Trump from winning are now complaining about theft from China. Trump was their man to stop it and they stopped him.
Chinese STEM graduate students in the USA - 75,000 before Covid - have been stealing American technology for decades.
Same story for Chinese STEM undergrads, who are often paid to do boring or unpleasant chores in the grad school labs.

It takes “five eyes” to discover this “secret”? Most of us have realized it for years. I believe Donald Trump spoke of it often. He was ignored. I suspect Joe Biden is not the only “swamper” getting ten percent for looking the other way or facilitating China’s technology theft.
So what else is new?
China needs to be declared a terrorist state, with all the attendant penalties.
