Depends: Traditional American laws and values are in rapid transition, or to put more clearly, in a rapid state of disintegration. Have you noticed the changes in the Midwest? In the Southwest? On the West Coast? On our elite college campuses? In enforcement of our local, state, and federal laws? NOT A VERY ENCOURAGING PICTURE IS IT?
