The Supreme Court doesn’t just “step in,” but he is appealing his case.

[[How can someone be fooled by a meme?]]
Apparently stupid people are protected when they do stupid things now like believing a meme I stead of going out and fi ding out for themselves if the meme is true or not.
It used to be “buyer beware “ meaning people,we’re responsible for finding out the truth for themsleves- now evidently stupid people who cant think for themselves don’t have to bother being careful anymore.

Exzctly- great point. But we know liberals exempt themselves from the laws they impose on conservatives. There is definately a two-tiered legal system

“How can someone be fooled by a meme?”
Even if they ARE fooled by a meme, what is the crime? He didn’t prevent them from voting, he didn’t stand in front of a polling place with a baseball bat or baton (like Black Panthers).
This is the most absurd, unconstitutional ruling I’ve ever seen.

“...injure, oppress, threaten and intimidate one or more persons in the free exercise and enjoyment of a right and privilege secured to them by the Constitution...”
Interesting that while the right to vote is somewhat secured by the Constitution only a few people, the Electors, actually have the right to vote for President.
On the other hand, the right to keep and bear arms is specifically recognized by the Constitution, yet no one seems to be looking at prison time for conspiring injure, oppress, threaten and intimidate people from exercise that right.

They should have to provide at least some number of victims to “have standing”. Otherwise, it should be thrown out - just as the PDJT fraud lawsuits were.

Assuming this is a felony this fellow was convicted of, he's being deprived of his right to vote, for an utterly stupid claim that he somehow "deprived" people of their right to vote with online commentary.
In other words the hypocritical prosecutors and judge are guilty of PRECISELY what they accused/convicted him of doing. And they actually did it, whereas no sane person would say someone was deprived of the ability to vote because of something they read online.
Welcome to Amerika.
