If the deep state Rino’s vote for him then we know that we are in trouble.

“He received an F from the Democrats on Ukraine”

That will doom him with Scalise and the 25.

“Not sure why Byron Donalds isn’t getting more attention....is he too MAGA?”

______________

That wasn’t the objection in the prior thread:

ridesthemiles, what was the “bank fraud” for which Donalds was convicted? I know about the drug charge (distributing marijuana).

You are correct. Then someone always comes along and suggests one or the other should move to another state. So predictable.

“He is from Oklahoma’s bluest district”

________________

First of all, no conservative should use the MSM’s “Republicans are Red, Democrats are Blue” color scheme, since Red has always been the color of Leftist parties both in America and worldwide. Let’s change your “bluest” to “most heavily Democrat.”

Second, the Tulsa-based OK-01, which Hern represents, is not the most heavily Democrat congressional district in OK; even after the OKC-based OK-05 was shored up in the last redistricting to make it more Republican, it still is several points less Republican than Hern’s OK-01.

Third, when we’re talking about OK CDs, “most heavily Democrat” is a relative term, given that the OK-01 and OK-05, as redrawn, are Republican enough to have given President Trump a 21.4% and 16.9% victory margin, respectively, over Biden.

Not to be a bore...I’ve posted these two or three times...but Donalds has a criminal record, albeit an expunged one.

Does anyone know how he voted on previous Ukraine funding or McCarthy’s sneaky Biden budget extension?

Jordan was not opposed to Ukraine funding (interview with Greta several days ago) if we get a mission statement / goals and better accounting.

I liked him

I like him very much. Quiet authority. A serious person. Smart as a whip. Great on the issues. A “no” on Ukraine money.

Problem is, the GOP base doesn’t know him.

I don’t know anything about him but do recall a couple of ultra conservatives singing his praises a few weeks ago. I don’t recall the context or the people, but his name stuck in my mind as a result.

It might be worthwhile to take a look. Not that it would matter, since the globalist RINOs and RATs seem to be running the show. He wouldn’t stand a chance.
