I certainly see the provisions of the 25th Amendment being invoked.
Acting President “Que mala” Harris would be a disaster walking, but it that better or worse than the present situation? We already have “disaster walking (or shuffling, as the case may be)”.
The dems will ONLY invoke the 25th Amendment if they feel they can benefit politically, certainly NOT for the benefit of The Country, and even most of them know "Commie-La" would be a disaster worse than Criminal Joe.
After watching Biden—I almost welcome a president Kamala Harris presidency. At least she will be different. Not as openly corrupt.
