This is too late in a lot of ways. Veterans, disabled veterans, their families and survivors have a lot benefits already. The child of a veteran can obtain a Bachelor’s degree virtually for free under the Post 9-11 GI Bill. Family members of a permanently disabled veteran can earn both a Bachelor’s and Masters degree at nearly no cost through the VA. This is just feel good, make us look good BS.

If they really wanted to show they changed, they would up the scholarship amount. Then they would make the scholarship for white male students who have virtually none specified for them.
