This isn’t bad for Trump? She agreed as part of her plea deal to testify against him and the other codefendants. This is how RICO cases work - you bring charges against a bunch of people threatening them with decades in prison and one or more will flip and incriminate the others in exchange for leniency.

Actually, she agreed to "truthfully testify at all hearings and proceedings and trials involving the co-defendants in this matter". Rather than relying on reports, it's better to listen to the actual hearing posted on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHTz__OGYVo
