Yes, I read what Kennedy is proposing for blacks on his website, then I read what Trump is proposing for blacks on his website. They both have entitlement plans for blacks outlined as a promise if they get elected. As I said, Kennedy’s plan is worse, but I don’t agree with either. Nor have I heard of anyone other than these two proposing anything, have you?
