Bullshit. THIS voodoo judge is allowing the prosecutor to make all the speeches HE wants to — by definition targeting prospective jurors. And the mere fact that she very pointedly and publicly referred to Trump’s campaign means she is making “speech targeting” the defendant.

Perhaps this sort of gag order may be needed in the case of a jury trial such that the jury would not be tainted by these comments but such is not the case in this trial where there is no sitting jury. Seems to me the judge is making this decision so her feelings don’t get hurt. I see no legal basis for limiting Trump’s speech that would impact the outcome of the trial if it’s a fair one.
Stop pretending what’s being done to Trump has anything to do with justice.
